Max is very professional and helps you get straight to the point of the issues when dealing with Insurance companies. I would recommend Max in a heartbeat. If someone needs help wading through how to deal with Insurance Companies after a Vehicle Accident.

Max was very helpful in taking care of all the doctor bills and tangling with insurance company of the guy who rear-ended me at a stoplight. I am certain that without Max, I would have had much more hassle and less reimbursement from the other guy's insurance company. Getting rear-ended on a motorcycle while stopped at a crosswalk was a pretty ugly experience, but the legal end of it doesn't have to be noxious. Write down this pro tip for settling auto (and especially motorcycle) road accident cases: just phone Max. I was referred to Max Meyers Law by a trusted friend, fellow rider and writer Dave Preston. Pretty sure I owe Dave dinner for that. Dave wrote the book ("Motorcycle 101") on basic street motorcycle skills, and Max wrote the book on getting through an accident recovery with your body repaired and your wallet intact. I did read "Motorcycle Accident Secrets Unlocked," and while it's a clear and excellent primer, I can summarize it for you in very few words: shut up and call Max. In my post-accident haze of pain and confusion, I started trying to "shop" my case around to various attorneys, and nearly ended up settling for less than my emergency room costs -- let alone the immense recovery bills. I was feeling pretty low about that when I suddenly recalled Dave's recommendation, fired the highly rated firm who's only reliable assurance to me was their hourly rate, and phoned Max Meyers Law. Did I mention that the previous firm never allowed me to speak with an attorney? All I got from them was double-talk from a paralegal. That's never the case with Max. I was involved in two cars accidents just under a year apart with another work injury in the middle. With similar back injuries from prior car accidents and injuries, this made for a complicated "blame game" case where neither insurance company wanted to take responsibility.
