I have used Steve's firm on 3 different personal injury claims for 3 separate auto accidents. Steve and his team are extremely professional and compassionate. In particular Heather Doss and Tracey Smith went above and beyond to negotiate with insurance companies and health insurance providers to achieve the best possible outcome for my cases. Every attention to detail on the costs of their services was documented and explained to the fullest. As I already have, I would hire them again and again.

Steven was recommended to me by an attorney friend who works for insurance companies faced with personal injury payouts. He is well-respected by those on the "other side", which helps a great deal in coming to a resolution. Steven, Tracey, and Heather worked through a complicated case on my behalf, brought in outside experts, and leveraged their experience, strategic acumen, and negotiation skills for a good result. We were able to resolve the case without litigation (while being completely prepared to litigate if that had become necessary), and I am very happy with the outcome. Steve is an intuitive, outstanding, and warm-hearted attorney who you must be wanting to work with for your case. I was introduced to Steve through one of the attorneys from the law firm that I was working as an assistant. The noticeable thing is that our law firm is the defense law firm. Later, I found that Steve is widely-known and highly respected as a gentleman but the tough bullet that most defense attorneys in Seattle and the east side want to avoid for their case. True to his reputation, Steve carefully and thoroughly prepared for my case which was too complicate and hard to prove the liability of the defendant for my injuries. As a matter of fact, my case was dropped out by another attorney before Steve and left in question if I could even get compensated for my medical expenses. However, his professional scrutiny turned it into a case that I was eligible for $4,000 of compensation whereas my ex-boyfriend got only $1,600 as a driver. His penetrative tactics for a greater strategy are remarkable and I can say this as a person who worked for the legal sector. Now I understand why defense attorneys don't want to confront Steve on the legal battlefield!

When I went to Steve, I had met him through work so called him right away after my accident, but didn't entirely know what to expect or how the case would go. Steve and his staff made me feel so comfortable with the process. When my case did have to go through litigation, I felt prepared and like I had a real advocate in my corner. He calmed my nerves during my deposition and mediation and you could tell that he was respected by the mediator and even the defense counsel! So glad he was in my corner!
