CMS helped us to prepare a Living Trust recently. The process took over a month from start to end. During the process, Adam and his team followed through every details of our needs and concerns. We've raised many questions and they answered/explained well. In addition to emails, Adam talked to us over the phone couple times. He explained to us in simple and easy to understanding way on those legal document statements and terms. Overall this is a smooth and thorough process. We signed the documents that we understood what each of them is about. Another thing I have to mention is CMS charged a very reasonable price.

After the trust is signed, Chris also followed up with detailed instructions on further actions we need to take on our end to finalize the process, and offered to help us fix it should we change our mind on things. We would highly recommend Chris and his team for estate planning.
