I was very pleased by the service Tom Pierce provided. My divorce had the potential to be complicated, and he was very patient in explaining my options to me and took the time to point out issues that I should consider. I was pleasantly surprised by the face time he was willing to provide and his efficiency in communicating (turnover time for emails/calls was within 1-2 days). I was on a tight budget, and he was willing to negotiate a rate that I could afford - very reasonable and less costly than other attorneys were offering. Everything ended up going very smoothly and, when the divorce was settled, the firm refunded my remaining balance very soon thereafter. I really appreciate his professionalism, helping things run smoothly in the midst of a life experience that was very trying.
