I think they are a scam. My brother Ricky filled his divorce forms in April 2024. Here he is now filling out more paperwork. He’s gets emails to correct the divorce forms before proceeding with the closing of his divorce from being separated from his ex-wife. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is false advertising and they aren’t really trying to help their clients. It’s all about money.

Do not use! Website says 30 day money back guarantee. Been fighting for that refund and they say since I had access to website they can't give me a full refund. The gave me a partial and then removed access to my answers, so all my work went to waste. Use a different company.

Been waiting 2 months for them to send my husband his paper work and they just keep saying 7-10 more business days. This place just wants your money. And you will never get that divorce!

It is the worst service ever. Almost everyday i ask updates about my case. They keep telling me it is in progress and may take 10 business days. Today is 15 business day since they received my signed documents. They even dont know what is going on with my case and asking 24-48 hours to clarify.
Are you kidding ? You even dont know your job? And you call this premium service? Not even close to premium.
And now i am waiting on the line almost 1 hour and still no answer.

Excellence! Mr. Parnell was not only exceptionally talented but very personable, easy to work with and really seemed to care about us and the outcome. Although our challenge was fairly simple, we felt as if he treated us like the most important people in the world. Mr. McLafferty and his associate were very easy to deal with in a situation in which I was new, and inexperienced. They walked me through the process and answered my questions very politely - didn't make me feel intimidated or anything. They also made me feel very assured in their ability and intelligence on the subject matter. The interaction was a pleasant experience.

Daniel is, in my opinion, what an attorney should be. He is professional, courteous, and smart. He has integrity and heart - he truly cares which isn’t what I would have expected from an attorney. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and he was able to negotiate more than I had expected. Daniel made me feel at ease that everything would be taken care of and he held true to that.
