Mr. McLafferty and his associate were very easy to deal with in a situation in which I was new, and inexperienced. They walked me through the process and answered my questions very politely - didn't make me feel intimidated or anything. They also made me feel very assured in their ability and intelligence on the subject matter. The interaction was a pleasant experience.

Daniel is, in my opinion, what an attorney should be. He is professional, courteous, and smart. He has integrity and heart - he truly cares which isn’t what I would have expected from an attorney. Daniel McLafferty handled my case after I was in a car accident.
