Jack and his wife helped me through through the most difficult time of my life-I lost my father, mother and my brother in the same year. He expedited with diligence all the nuances of clearing their estate issues for us. He and his wife were most helful at every turn of this complicated scenario.

Jack proved invaluable when my husband and I sought his help for revisions to our wills and he helped us with medical and financial powers of attorney. He is communicative, knowledgeable and patient. I have and continue to recommend him to friends and family.

I think it's time Mr. Borland retired. Never have i had to wait 3 weeks for a phone call to be returned (3 times), only to find out that he had not even accomplished the task(s) we had spoken about and then the woman who answers the phone jokes about the fact that she should have my phone number memorized. Very unprofessional and completely non responsive. If i could have given him a rating less than 1 i would have.

I have used Mr. Borlands services on several occasions and found him to be an excellent solicitor. He is knowledgeable and uses good common sense in his approach.
