Eric handled a motorcycle case in which a truck broadsided me and sent me to the hospital. I now have retained hardware in my leg. I travel a lot for work and would have been totally lost trying to save a dollar negotiating my case on my own. Eric and his crew took my statement, a few names and phone numbers, and handled the rest while I went back to my normal routine. I was updated from time to time as he collected records and negotiated with the insurance adjuster. Very personable; able to explain aspects of the case to a non-lawyer with clarity; receptive to client input on demand letter, and demand letter was timely prior to passing the cutoff to file the claim.
