Thomas was awesome. My driving on a suspended license was dismissed. He is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would encourage anyone to use his services.

Tom defended me sucessfully on another case and did a good job. But when it came to my DUI his representation was terrible. I had to concoct emotion did this mess. He presented it but didn't get behind it. Later I found out from other attorneys and the prosecutor that this motion should have won. He kept saying that my best deal was to spend between 13 and 17 months in prison. So I fired him and the other attorney got me off with no jail time. Do not use this man for major cases

I have worked with Mr. Ellington on more than three different tickets and he has always been so professional and knowledgeable, and uses all of that knowledge to get me out of these stupid situations that I put myself in. What really wins me over is how I genuinely believe that he cares about my case and about me as a person dealing with a rough situation. To this day I have no tickets on my record and I recommend this lawyer to everyone I know ESPECIALLY for DUI cases.

Mr Ellington is easy to talk to and down to earth. He does something as simple as traffic ticket, but for us, he represented our son on something more serious. He was committed , he responds quickly, and he keeps you informed. He charges a reasonable price. He is the only lawyer i have ever actually trusted. He continued to be concerned about our son, after the case was over.

Tom is a great lawyer . Not only has he gotten my 3 speeding tickets dismissed. I didn't even go to go to court . He has also represented my brother and my son . All dismissed , I won't tell you my brother was going 95 on 167

I was recommended this lawyer for speeding tickets years ago and he did fine. The problem is he mainly gets you out of the ticket by his name and jurisdiction in other courts. Later I had him for a more serious and expensive case in which I believe he never had any intentions on using his knowledge to fight it. He instead looked for loop holes to continuously extend the case once saying you just extend the case until it isn't worth it for the state to fight it. The problem is when you have your own life and have to take off work many times more then you should it becomes a problem. In my situation he also was repeatedly late yet the first time I was late he instantly resigned. No phone call when I was living less then 5 min away. I didn't realize I had two cases that day. This was infuriating when you spend over five thousand dollars and you get this service. Traffic cases he may be fine but a anything more then that I would l look else where.

He might be good for traffic tickets, in my case however he was handling a misdemeanor and he showed up late more then half the time. People around would laugh and say you have a paid attorney and he is late. He would double book and just assume he could show late. Recently though I had a court date and he never showed. He says I wasn't there but I was and he left without contacting me. In my opinion he is just lazy and wants only traffic tickets.

I have used Tom a few times over the years. He won my case for a speeding ticket in Fife when I was in high school - I found him because my brother was on the golf team and he was the coach there. Next a few years later he won my case of a following too closely violation. A few months ago he won my 3rd case for a speeding ticket in Issaquah. I have horrible luck with tickets - i get more tickets and drive safer than most people my age... anyway - Tom has won all 3 of my cases within a matter of minutes in court. He is amazing to watch, all of my cases he has taken on with about 10 others for that day and I have yet to see him lose. I would recommend him for any legal issues you may have. His rate is extremely reasonable and is way worth it considering the amount tickets and insurance may cost. He is professional, respectable and very responsive. I have nothing but praise for this man.

Tom is the only attorney i would go to. He is down to earth, and talks in language you can understand. He calls you back, and keeps you in the loop. His charges are reasonable. He will stay on the case with you, and does not take more work than he can handle. My son went to a different attorney who completely made the traffic case worse than it was. Tom sorted it out, and kept on for the best outcome.
