Great law firm. Concerned for me and my case. Not a rope them in and get them out. They got to know me personally and what was important to me. My PL Mitzi took good care of me and kept me on track and not side tracked.

I love how they handle my moving and non-moving violations

I was told from their front desk in order for them to change or update one question with my will, I had to be a member though Legal Shield. i would pay the $50 for Jessica their attnory to fix or update, then to pay a monthly membership. Their a bit snobby on the phone.

This is the worst law firm that I have ever delt with they are cowards to say the least spend your money else where or you will be sorry

I've been with Legal Shield on and off for several years, but after Joe Lombino reached out to me about my case today I plan to stay with this company for life. I have a small and somewhat tricky case that most of the lawyers with whom I spoke (with the exception of one) were not interested in handling. Then Joe called me as I had also inquired with Legal Shield who said they'd send referrals in a few days as it was right before the weekend. First off, it was like being on the phone with a helpful good friend who cared about me and my situation (medical negligence) though it was our first conversation. Joe was very insightful and discussed options none of the other lawyers mentioned. Unlike almost all the other lawyers I spoke with he offered me a huge ray of hope. Also Chloe the receptionist was fantastic to deal with, very warm, personable and like Joe, empathetic. I'm grateful to be a member of this outfit and I should mention the original lawyer consult (Jesse I believe was her name?) was patient, answered all my quetions and let me know that I did indeed have a case. Highly recommended.

LeAnn PaLuck is the best there is. She worked hard on my case with the highest degree of integrity and ethics. She took my case personally, focusing on the facts of the case without interjecting any drama. She is professional, kind, and personable. She was always well prepared at trial and knew her way around the court room. Her experience and expertise ensured that I had every detail covered in our final parenting plan. I was always confident going to court with her representing me. She was referred to me from a family friend that was successful in obtaining full custody of his children.
