I thought that because Kevin had good reviews that he was good, boy what a nightmare it has been. Paid him $3300 for a divorce and all he did was handle child support. Now I’m being billed another $3500 for discoveries that HE caused. Completely dissatisfied with the services I have received. Very unprofessional group. At one point Amy said she would dress in black and whoop my wife’s ass. If your a male needing a divorce lawyer PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE. These people are shady as hell. At the end of the day karma will catch up to these people.

Rafal was great! He was able to protect all my assets. If your thinking of bankruptcy, I would highly recommend him!

Mr. Byrd gave me very importin info on how I should handle my divorce with my soon to be ex, He told me I would be better off to get all my info together then come see him and then he would lay it all out, Then he would tell me what I should do and what I cant do, the staff helped me on getting me some info on were I should go to gather all the needed papers so that I would be better prepared when the time came to file.

The personnel that help and assist you are amazing. They will take their time to help you, if you feel shaky about getting help, at least try talking to them first, it will put you at ease.

I highly reccomend Rafal Gorski. When you look for an attorney, you want to get someone is has a client first mentality. He’s very professional and knows his stuff. He’s best interest is in the client. He wants you to benefit from the outcome. I could go on on.. but seriously if your looking for an exceptional attorney this is your guy!! He’s amazing and his staff is great people.

I moved out of state during the motion for child support adjustment hearings. This caused me a great deal of anxiety because I needed to find someone who I could rely on to help me. Mr. Byrd and his team were my saving grace. They always keep me informed and were very professional. They fought very hard for me and in the end I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I will definitely be using Mr. Byrd and his team for any future legal proceedings that I may encounter.

I hired Kevin for my divorce. He did not inform me until after I gave my retainer that he was going to be out of the office on vacation the entire month of Aug 2016. My divorce motion was postponed due to this. I rarely got to speak to the man I hired. During each of my court hearings he was not prepared, he did not speak to me before hand and was late to the hearings. I watched him prepare what he felt was my argument issue based on what was written in the declaration statement. At one of my motions, he informed the pro temp judge that my soon to be ex husband's income went down which I gave him a nudge and told him it actually went up. He shushed me and took no regard for this. Because he represented this motion incorrectly. the pro temp judge lowered my child support lower than what my ex had requested. I told Kevin this the hearing and he said we could do a modification. He later sent me an email stating, "I f***ed up and urged me to do a revision which cost me $1000.00. I asked him for a discount since this was his error and he did not respond to my request. Emails also went unanswered multiple times. Kevin drug his feet on my case and did not help me. He did more harm than good. I ended up not having any attorney represent my case and did it myself. I ended up with the outcome that I would have expected Kevin to have gotten me while I retained him. He simply was not interested in helping me as much as he was wanting to take my money. My temp court documents were so messy that DCS had a hard time enforcing the orders. I will never use this attorney again, nor will I refer him.

I have been working with Rafal's office for a few years now professionally as well as personally. All of Rafal's clients are very happy with the experience they have with his office and staff. I chose them for my bankruptcy and always refer clients their way :)
