I've used this law office a couple times over the last few years and they've always taken care of everything for me including appearing in court on my behalf. I definitely intend to continue working with them when I need to!

Absolute highest standard of legal services!!

Was referred by a friend. Never hired an attorney before. It was simple and painless. They walked me through the process and what to expect during the process. Everything proceeded as they told me it would. I had to do nothing except wait for they to call me. Easy peasy.

I greatly enjoyed working with this Law Office. I called in and gave them the required information. They were very professional on the phone and also attentive to the situation. The first person I spoke with obviously knew what they were doing and what was required. The price structure was established and the general timeline was known. I really appreciate that they handle all aspects of the process, you don't even have to fill out and return the ticket they handle it all. No one can guarantee a favorable outcome but this office instilled confidence that the best people were on the job.

I highly recommend this lawyer for any sort of ticket you want to get out of. I had just passed the 6 month mark of deferring a ticket and have both an accident and non-moving violation on my record which should make my insurance skyrocket and she got it dismissed. All I had to do was give my info and payment over the phone and she took care of everything, I didn't even have to go to court. HIGHLY recommend her!

I got a 5 over (seriously, 5 over) ticket and it was marked a traffic violation. A few days later The Law Offices of Barbara Bowden sent me a letter saying they could help. I didnt really want my insurance rates to possibly rise so I figured I would call the number on the letter. One simple transaction and 2 months later the violation has been dropped to a non moving violation. It paid for itself in one 6 month billing cycle if my insurance would of went up due to a ticket. Im pretty happy with the results and they took care of EVERYTHING. It was automatic. A happy customer to a job well done.

I had my "at-fault-by-technicality" case handled by this firm. I only needed to participate in two phone calls: the first was to assign them my case, the second was (much later) when Mr. Garguile called to inform me that he represented my case in court that day and that it would not go on my driving record. What I paid in fee was comparable to what the ticket would have cost. In my opinion, spending the money is a good idea even if there's only a chance it will work in your favor. (And from what I've heard, this firm has a high success rate.) Mr. Garguile and the Bowden Law Offices saved me money, time and (most importantly) stress. I'll definitely call them again in the unfortunate event that I need them in the future. They are there to help.
