I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy for several years when he was the General Council for our high tech company. He helped me in negotiating a large number of partnerships and licensing deals, and always impressed me with his knowledge, attention to detail, and above all his ability to discuss with me the business implications of our decisions. Jeremy has set the bar for me of what I expect from lawyers! More recently I re-engaged with Jeremy to help me with an employment contract issue, and again I was very pleased with his help -- I will continue to use Jeremy and I strongly recommend him to others!
