Ms. Tate and her staff were amazing and patient through a small estate process we needed her assistance with. We were from out of state and trying to handle the estate of my husband's daughter who resided in Washington. Ms. Tate responded quickly to all of our emails and answered all of our questions. We could not have gone through this process without her assistance. She is extremely professional and knows the laws of Washington. I would recommend her to anyone who needs assistance.
