After being assigned a horrible public defender we found Dan! My young son was charged with a Class A Felony and we has 3 weeks notice until our court date. He jumped in and got the date pushed back so he had time to gather what he needed to defend him. He worked tirelessly for 8 long months, leaving no stone unturned to find the truth in a very terrible situation for my son. He is a great listener and remembers everything you say! He was my sons lawyer and always considered him first, asking him if we could be in on the conversations. He responds almost immediately when you email or text him, answering questions and even offering compassionate understanding when the Fear and Anxiety get the best of you! Dan was always on my sons side, ALWAYS. He is compassionate, kind and funny! We had an amazing outcome, considering the serious charges my son was facing! Dan will be in my heart and prayers Forever!!!

I was cited for "Speed too fast for conditions" long after an accident when another car hit me while I was stopped. Daniel stayed on the case even after a month long delay by the court. He was able to secure a "not guilty" (not committed) judgment. That was the outcome I was looking for. Very satisfied with the outcome!

I plead guilty to a DUI which was my bad... Mr. Dan Mellon represented me which I am very apprichitive of. We all can improve ourselves with help.... Thanks Dan
