I received citations for both negligent driving 1st degree and failure to stop at a stop sign. I have never received any sort of ticket prior to this incident so naturally I was pretty worried about the consequences. After calling several local law firms and explaining my case, I found that the office of Lance Fryrear fit my budget the best and exhibited an expert team that could tackle my situation. When I first called, I spoke with Lance himself and he did a great job of getting to know me and who I am as a person first. After explaining to him my case, he was able to put my mind at ease and let me know that I didn't have much to worry about. After hiring him and his firm, my case was assigned to Marie. The whole experience from start to finish was extremely smooth and did not take up much of my personal time at all. Every step taken was explained very clearly to me. Marie knows her stuff and always made me feel comfortable about the situation whenever we spoke. She made all the necessary moves to make this case take up as little of my personal time as possible. Throughout the whole case, I only had to show up to a very brief court hearing at the end. Natalie at the front desk was also very courteous and was always able to put me in touch with Marie or answer any questions I had regarding my case. Eventually, I was able to get my failure to stop ticket dropped and the negligent driving dropped to a 2nd degree. I was very happy with the results and will recommend this law firm to anyone who may find themselves in a similar situation.
