Quite a lack of timely communication between the attorneys and clients, and they don't seem to keep up on things like conflict of interest.

Kathy was honest from the start and never gave false promises. She was very knowledgable, and kept me informed every step. My case was very complicated and high conflict from opposing party. She got me through 3 tough hearings and I'm very grateful for her knowledge of law and ability to represent me thoroughly. Kathy is a wonderful attorney!

First visit went well & even though our appointment was mixed up, we were squeezed in. I felt comfortable there and my daughter is getting help with her case.

Marke Schnackenberg is the only lawyer I woulld ever have represent my love ones and or myself on any matter . Marke Schnackenberg is an excellent attorney for anyone who has a legal issue facing them. I was raised to believe in the legal process.Just always tell the truth,expect the best in people,and justice will prevail!!!Sadly, it isn’t that simple. First off , you get what you pay for. Everybody has the right to an attorney . If you cannot afford one, one will be assigned to you.You meet this attorney who is going to take away all your troubles, make things happen for you, get justice to prevail ,hear your side of the story , Get the case dismissed , Etc. On the day of court!!! Also, When you get free legal representation , you get a Public defender(attorney )who has a huge caseload. You show up in court and they have an attorney who will automatically represent ALL the people on the court calendar that morning who do not have their own legal representation.They have never met you ,you have never met them, they knew nothing about your case until that morning right before the judge comes into the court room . Someone will come up and ask you your name , if you don’t have an attorney with you and that is when the fun begins!!!! The clerk will hand your paperwork to the public defender who is working that morning. They will then pull you into another room for about three minutes consultation and act as if this is something that they specialize in and Will try to get you a great deal.They have a great relationship with the prosecuting attorney becouse they have to work with them every day ! It would only make sense in order to Keep a good working relationship in the court room between the Public defender and the prosecuting attorney . They are not going to do anything that will be adversarial in order to keep that relationship going.Your great, free, attorney , (public defenders )already knows what unspoken parameters they , as public defenders ,have to work within, in order to keep a working relationship with the judge and the prosecuting attorney in the courtroom. This may be hard to believe , but you don’t Personally factor into what motions they make on your case. They already know what they’re comfortable with asking for and what won’t rock the boat. You are not part of the equation! When I talked to my public defender ,after my first court date, I asked him if I were to pay him would I get a better outcome. He said that he gets the same amount of money NO MATTER HOW MANY people he defends and he also told me how the cases are defended as explained above. I promise you, if you go with MARKE SCHNACKENBERG , he is an attorney that doesn’t play by those rules. He Is your attorney and your attorney only! He is FAIR , HONEST, SINCERE , and I guarantee you he will be the best attorney that you can possibly get in Washington State , if not the whole West Coast! He is head and shoulders above the rest. I had a legal issue in February 2017 and due to my income levels, a public attorney was not available for me. I was referred to Mr. Schnackenberg and I could not be happier with the results he provided. Marke was very accessible from day one. He is very proactive and uses the latest technology to keep you up to date on your case. Anytime I had in question I could email, text or call Marke anytime. I could also expect a prompt response when I left a message. Marke is a great guy and outstanding attorney. Trust him with your case and you'll be happy which I did.
