I sought Mr. Fryrears council recently over a deferred prosecution probation for DUI offense that occurred in 2004. I had moved out of the state, got a new license and time went on till I just completely forgot about checking in on my probation. That is until I went to get my license renewed and wasn't allowed and found a warrant had been put out for my arrest for Whidbey Island Washington 18 yrs later and with not much of a case to speak of other than mercy and the fact i had stayed out of trouble since.
