Lance did a terrific job! I was arrested for DV4 based on a false accusation as part of an extortion attempt and I was told by other attorneys and a private investigator that there was no practical hope for a dismissal and I would have to go to trial to clear my name. However, Lance was able to explain the circumstances to the prosecutor in a way that resulted in dismissal at a pre-trial hearing! They said it couldn't be done, but Lance did it anyway! Thanks Lance! Also communication and professionalism was excellent. I highly recommend his law office.

From the moment I stepped into the offices of the Lance Fryrear Firm, I encountered nothing but the epitome of professionalism. I was advised wisely from the very start, from the first consultation. I made the decision to hire the firm after my first visit. Truthfully, I knew after 10 minutes I'd come to the right place in my case. I came into the firm scared and wholly uncertain about my course of action, I had never been in serious trouble with the law before. But I knew I needed competent legal representation. Last year I was falsely arrested for DUI and it was the most shocking thing happened to me ever because I never had consumed alcohol or marijuana Or any other drugs in my life (due to religious reasons). I believe it was pure racial profiling and discrimination by the officer who stopped me and arrested me just because I am not white. You probably won’t believe me but this is the reality and it’s a odd one. Since it was my first time ever getting in trouble with law, so I didn’t have a clue how things worked and I was planning to go with the Public Defender for court case. But luckily in the end I changed my mind when I met Lance. Lance and his team is really welcoming and professional. I never had any issues and had a great and wonderful experience working with them. Lance personally helped me with all of my queries and questions. And From what I had researched about my case I thought I was gonna get at least negligent driving 1 or 2. Getting a DUI and even Negligent Driving 1 can change your life and that was the most worrying part for me. But not the case when you hire Lance and his team. They could negotiate the best deal you could ever imagine. And that’s what exactly happened when my case was dismissed with no DUI or other charges.
