I highly recommend Sound Legal Partners/Stephen Smith for any real estate law issues. We had a difficult case but were successful. He was very patient w/ my mother, who is a senior. He is incredible when it comes to case law and doing his research/homework. He made the opposition look like they were standing still. My family had a great experience with Stephen and I'm sure he provides all of his clients with the same level of service. Also, he is priced fairly. I believe there were a few hours he didn't charge us for when we needed a quick call or email.

Sound Legal Partners helped our HOA navigate through a situation where we felt we were taken advantage of, and slapped with a huge bill. Sound Legal Partners helped us to understand the responsibilities and short fallings of the various parties, and to resolve the situation lawfully and relatively quickly. The law is a tricky thing and Sound Legal Partners gave us comfort and confidence. Additionally, we were pleased with the cost of the service, or rather, the lack thereof. We were very happy with the help!

Sound Legal Partners has helped our large HOA reduce bad debt by hundreds of thousands of dollars, draft new amendments to our Condominium Declaration, and have provided formal presentations to our condo owners about the legalities involved in Special Assessments and other special interest projects. We have never been overcharged and appreciate how fiscally responsible the firm is with the Association's funds for legal matters. I highly recommend this firm for any condo association or debt need.
