Marty is very personable, and listened to all aspects of my accident and injuries. I’m a retired firefighter so my claim was complicated because I had previous injuries; and the offending party also had low limits with a low budget carrier. Marty studied my extensive medical records; and then reviewed and negotiated with my health insurance carrier after my settlement saving me thousands of dollars. After settling, he asked if he could pursue other sources including my own insurance company just to be thorough. I agreed, but wasn’t expecting much as I owned an older vehicle and didn’t even have full coverage.
