Martin represented me on a complex case involving the same insurance company for both drivers. The insurance company tried to fight me every step of the way on the no-fault PIP coverage under my own policy and bodily injury claim under the at-fault driver’s policy. After the insurance company offered a settlement for all claims that would not have been sufficient to cover my medical costs from the accident, I contacted Martin.
