Sharing my experience(s) with Mr McWethy. Had 2 very high traffic violations in the last year. My first time working with McWethy law firm I had a very good feel when talking to him. He took my case and to my surprise he had it cleared to the success of the violation not being on my record. Then came my 2nd very high traffic violation and I knew exactly who to call, again to my surprise and from his working with the Prosecutor I only had to take a class and again NOT on my record. When you are in an accident the last thing you want to deal with is the insurance company calls. The pile of bills on top of the stress and hassle of the accident. Samatha Angela and David were some of the most kind patient and understand people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. My husband contacted her & explained his case & she told him "yes" we can get this dismissed easily, so my husband hired her 3G wasted Her response "I can't submit that" "I can't do that" Blah blah blah blah Waste of time & 3G & wanted more $$. His case was dismissed only because he passed away. Very disappointed in her service.

My experience with Kim was great. For an attorney you want someone who is very knowledgeable, a good communicator and has attention to detail. She has all these qualities & her rates were fair. I would use her again and refer her services to anyone.
