I highly recommend Rico and his team as advocates in your personal injury case. I was involved in my first car accident in 2022 after being rear-ended by a distracted driver while stopped at a traffic light. I felt immediate neck and back pain and did not know who to turn to for help. Luckily, a friend recommended Rico Tessandore and he quickly responded to me with clear instructions on how I should proceed. Initially, I found dealing with my insurance company very confusing, but, once Rico took over, I could focus on my physical recovery and felt reassured that nothing was being missed. I also wanted to be sure I was not taken advantage of and got all the benefits that I was legally entitled to. Rico got me even more than I could have hoped for. Not only was I able to get all my medical bills paid for as well as my car bumper completely fixed, but he also negotiated a sizeable settlement for my pain and suffering. The case took several months to be resolved because the insurance company strongly disputed the settlement amount; however, Rico never gave up and continued to fight for me. All along the way both Rico and his wonderful team, especially Brandy, kept me up to date with what was happening. I never felt like I was forgotten or just a "client". They seemed to truly care about my success, and I always felt like to could email or call at any time with prompt responses, even after business hours. I truly appreciate what Rico and his team did to help me. I hope I never get in another accident, but I would not hesitate for a moment to call Rico to represent me again if I did.

I came to them in 2020 with what I believed was a wrongful conviction of a DUI and hit & run. Prior to the charges, I knew I had a drinking problem that I wanted to change.
