My experience with the entire team at DUI Heroes was amazing. SO many positive things to say about this team. Exceptional service. Similar story to another review. Received a DUI charge, had 4 days to find counsel before my first court date. DUI Heroes actually answered the phone first call! Had a meeting and from there on out they were on it! Every single minute detail covered. Jonathan has tons of experience and told me what would likely happen at every step and sure enough he was right. Basically holding my hand the entire way. I knew what to expect and was explained in detail what was happening at every moment. They made the entire process 'easy' as far as the technical aspect and even had spiritual advice for making that part easier too. They legitimately made me feel seen, heard and cared for. Yes like many others, they negotiated a lesser charge with minimal fines, which is always case dependent. Every single person at the firm is one of the nicest people I have ever met in life. They shine bright and are a beacon through dark times. They all are extremely experienced and know all the not so good things about process that need to be changed/fixed. So not only are they fighting for you, but they are fighting for a more just legal system! WOW. But don't be fooled by their niceties, they are extremely aggressive in court!
