DUI Heroes really lives up to their name! Every member of the team lead with compassion but were highly professional. They were detail oriented, commutative and organized. Rachel Reich was my true hero! She was top notch!!! She is firm with defense. I could tell that she truly was looking out for my best interest. I LOVED how detailed she was as I never had to question what I needed to do and what was happening. She took the scariest part out of my situation which was the unknown. This is not a cheap experience so every savings is valuable. What mattered to me most is that they NEVER made me feel ashamed. They actually said they were proud of my accomplishments in recovery (which I entered after my DUI). I was not in a good place and this was very much needed to help me recover. I contacted DUIHeroes after my arrest a little more than 2 years ago, but my case was awaiting the results of my blood test. During the whole process everyone in the office was extremely helpful, and compassionate toward me, and my situation. A couple weeks before I hit the 2 year mark I was charged with physical control. Which is looked at as the same as a dui. Every step of the way Rachel, and her team instructed me exactly what I needed to do for the best chance of a good resolution. When I finally saw the judge they sat and talked with me about what to expect, and how to handle myself in court. Which was very helpful in calming my nerves. After hearing Christopher, and Rachel, speak on my behalf I was extremely impressed by their expertise, and knowledge. I couldn't of asked for better representation. My charged was reduced from physical control. To negligent driving, with no jail time, and a very minimal fine considering what I was originally charged with. I'm so happy I contacted them. Rachel Reich is on Jonathan Dichter's 'DUI Heroes Team'. This team has lawyers who are experts in DUI law, and they can help make clear a beneficial path forward during a very difficult emotional time. Their demonstrated competence in the DUI process truly means one can focus attention elsewhere and work on the other non-legal issues that come up and are always associated with a DUI. I am aware of other folks in my situation who simply didn't make the right choice of lawyers...in fact there were three people in my new 'sobriety' group who hired lawyers for basically the same charge, but paid much more money (in one case, about three times the amount) and still complained about not having phone calls returned, and still complained about the end results. On the other hand, I had phone calls rapidly returned. I had lists of questions answered responsively. I had a case negotiated very well in my favor with the DOL, and with the Court. I had a team of lawyers (three) and an office manager all familiar with my case. Rachel presented an argument to the Court midway through this process that was compelling and enabled me to remove an ignition interlock device from my car. This was very helpful for my personal & work situation at that time. Rachel's responsiveness in returning phone calls and explaining or clarifying complex legal issues really kept me from getting wrapped around the axle many times.
