I had the pleasure of working with Grifan Cayce. She assisted me in negotiating a commercial lease on short notice. She was incredibly thorough and was able to explain everything I did not understand. I feel confident I know exactly what I am getting myself into and am aware of the risks. She is very prompt in her responses through either email or phone and kept me in the loop whenever it would take her a while to get back to me. She is very pleasent to talk to and answered every single questions I had. And I had a lot. She took my legal obligations to the lease as seriously as I did. She was to the point and never wasted a moment of my time. Though fees for legal advice can often seem shockingly high, every penny is well spent in this situation. I feel my future is more secure due to her being involved with a contract that will strongly affect the next three years of my life. I would recommend her to anyone including my own family. And I have! And not to leave out the office staff. When I first called and talked to the receptionist, she made absolutely sure that Grifan got in contact with me though she was out of the office for the day. Within what seemed to be minutes, I got a phone call from Grifan to work out the details of my needs. All around, this is literally the best experience I have ever had with legal council. I will most certainly return to her when it is time to negotiate a new lease.

About ten years ago, I was charged with domestic assault, when did not do anything but breakup with my then girlfriend. I got arrested and spent the night in jail. I was so freaked out until I met Tricia and she was an incredible fighter for me. I could tell in the courtroom that she was smarter than the prosecuter and even the judge. In the end she saved me and I will never forget that. Sorry if you are in trouble, but trust in Tricia and her abilities.

I was charged and prosecuted for a crime I did not commit. Tricia listened to me, believed in me, and fought hard for the right result. She never once tried to force me to take a lesser charge, or plea bargain. She presented all options clearly to me, and supported the decisions i did make. Due to the level of respect she had garnered among fellow attorneys, she was able to advocate for me with the city attorney and get the dismissal. I am highly respected business person and a charge like this could have ened my career. I would recommend Tricia to anyone charged witha crime.

She really cares and understands. She is relentless with the prosecution. She exceeded my expectations. She seemed to have the respect of not only the prosecutor but the police. I was proud she was representing me. She made an embarrassing situation bareable.
