Mr. Duce helped me with a very long child support/custody case. He was very professional and helpful. My case lasted over a year and a half. Brian was very patient with a payment plan. His easy going personality really helped in court. He is a great attorney and a good man.

My son had charges for being a minor under the influence and Brian did a great job with helping us. He was able to get it down to a few hours of community service, which was alot better then we expected. Thanks again Brian.

Brian did a great job helping me with a DUI charge. He got the charges brought down lower then I thought was possible. Ended up as just reckless driving. I didn't loose my license and just needed to complete minimal treatment. Can't thank him enough.

I was dealing with a nasty divorce and fighting over custody of my two children. Brian gave me great advice from day one to protect myself, my children, and make sure I was doing what I needed to do from the start to get custody of my kids. Brain represented me in my divorce. I share 2 children with my ex-wife and I was affraid with some mistakes I made in the past I wouldn't be able to see my kids on a regular basis. Brian helped me with visitation and setting child support. I was granted EVERYTHING I asked for and child support was set at an amount I could afford. My divorce was finalized after only 95 days!! I would recommend Brian to any family member or friend in need.

Brian helped me in a few different cases regarding some very serious issues where I felt I had mo help didn't know what my rights were and what the possible outcomes could be.i would Definatly recommend him to any of my friends or family he was very professional answered any questions that I had worked with me and not against me. In both cases he helped me to get through these tough times quickly and with as little disruption to my work and home life as possible and that was a big relief for me. In the future if needed I'll Definatly try getting him back on my side.
