I highly recommend Brad. Brad represented me for a difficult partition case to trigger a house sale with my ex-wife. Brad continually tried to find a path to resolve the case without resorting to trial. Brad demonstrated that he is a creative problem solver while trying to build a resolution. Unfortunately for me and definitely at no fault of Brad’s, we had to take the case to trial. Brad is extremely detail oriented and makes sure to have everything in line and prepared, ahead of any deadlines. I found this to be very reassuring as taking a case to trial could otherwise be very stressful. Brad is also a genuinely good person. I really enjoyed working with him and Brad was always trying to do the right thing and never overcharging. Brad is also efficient with his time.
