This is an extremely unfair company, a company that is set up specifically for money. Whoever receives money from Lynn will turn fairness upside down, making it difficult for the real victims to go to court.

The primary job of a GAL is to advocate for children and that is not what Lynn did when she quit my case 3/4 of the way through a month and a half before trial which delayed my trial by 7 months due to high conflict by my wife and her attorney. Since the start I have had the children 80% of the time and then 98% with my wife having supervised visits. Lynn had an overwhelming amount of information in our case which showed my wife had engaged in parental alienation, abuse of conflict, violating the restraining order, violating the parenting plan and the physiological evaluation that she ordered for us both which showed several issues about my wife and nothing negative about me. Lynn was at my home doing the home visit when I also had a visit from Child Protective Services due to my wife calling alleging abuse which was unfounded. She even stayed in contact with CPS and was given all the emails between CPS and my ex which only provided more evidence of my ex harassing CPS when they found no abuse and even praised me for my parenting.Lynn quitting my case in no way was in the best interest of my special needs children and has cost me an additional $60k in attorneys fees. It’s amazing that there is no accountability for someone to do this to a family going through one of the most traumatic times in their life. She should retire immediately!

I had a pretty extreme case of Parental Alienation occur. To the point where my ex convinced ME to leave the family home (so our bad energy wouldn't affect our kids, I reasoned), and then completely shut me out of my kid's lives the second I moved out. I made him sign a contract saying if I moved down the street, I could return to my home any time to be with my children, and that my moving out would NOT effect custody. Well, I moved and he lied. He refused to let me see the boys, even though I was a stay at home mom, and their sole caretaker from birth until that point. He started lying and telling people he was their sole caretaker. My ex ended up hiring and paying the bill for a Parenting Evaluator (Lynn), and she concluded that the boys should stay with their father 90% of the time SIMPLY because "disrupting the status quo" would be detrimental to the boys. THAT was her conclusion. Nevermind the FACTS, and the clear patterns of emotional abuse and Parental Alienation that occurred. In what UNIVERSE does a stay at home mom with absolutely no parenting issues LOSE custody of her little boys? In Lynn Tuttle's World. Avoid her like the plague, people. Also, My ex paid her entire bill. I still don't know how much he paid her for her "conclusions"....

I had hired Patty Kuderer for an unlawful termination case. She was so compassionate and fought for me with a successful outcome, beyond what I even hoped for. She was amazing and I would highly recommend her!!!!

Lynn is a joke of a GAL. She was sloppy at best and completely messed up details in my case to the point where she mixed up behavior of my ex in law with myself. Took over 9 months to get a report that was scattered and logistically incorrect yet alone totally biased. Avoid her at all cost. She shouldn’t even be in the business and have the power to sway a judge. Charged over $10,000 for BS.

I have seen some very unethical law professionals, but Lynn Tuttle is the worst. She unethically engaged with one party, who immediately convinced her that the other party was the worst parent ever. The bias was felt by me from the very first email from Lynn. He is very haughty, privileged, and treated me like I was an immigrant trash. She rescheduled appointments repeatedly, including on the day of the appointment, while the children's activities had to be canceled to accommodate her shifting schedules. She ignored the witnesses from my side, and kept regurgitating the other party's witness lies, provided by that family's worst representatives. Many of them refused to participate in the mud slinging, including my mother-in-law. Lynn interviewed the kids, and anything they said about the other party, she blamed on me - I was not even there when the kids experienced all of this!!! She completely ignored the kids' wishes - and she is supposedly there to protect their interests?! She sure was not! She made the kids so uncomfortable with her interrogation, that they dreaded the very name. One of them eventually just shut her off during her multi-hour questioning, because she kept asking the questions to trip him, to get him to say what she wanted to hear - that is a direct quote from the child. She was there to support the lies the other party fed her. She made up her mind on the case before she even met me or the kids. She is the worst and DANGEROUS! PLEASE SAVE YOUR KIDS A LOT OF ANXIETY, AND KEEP THEM AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE INDIVIDUAL, WHO SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TOUCH HUMANS, FORGET DEALING WITH CHILDREN!!!

Guardian ad Litem's are supposed to be advocates for the child. Lynn is horrible. She never bills you, only when she can hold it against you (pay attention to your contract) and when she does, she holds your paperwork hostage (I won't give the court this..... Until you do this.... What does that sound like???) . It is sad that people like her get to abuse the system as they do. That they are considered advocates of the child and yet abuse the courts, their own power, and the parents that want the best for their child. She gets zero respect and is just greedy and money hungry...... If she cared so much for the child, she wouldn't put the child's parents through hell financially like she does and hold hostage important court documents. Disgusting.......and I hear she has children of her own.......even more dispicable as is the Judges who allow this atrocity to continue and do nothing.

Patricia Kuderer gets good results. She has experience and talent. If you have been in a bad accident and need an attorney, Patricia Kuderer is a wise choice. I am a working mother with no experience in the insurance world that’s filled with its own language and rules. After being in a hit, rolled, totaled and then run accident by a drugged out addict with a suspended license my family had threats of collection agencies and outlandish bills. Even with her on our side the insurance company fought tooth and nail to not reimburse us with the coverage we had paid for. But with her meticulous records, professional skill and steel perseverance she won for my family a decent settlement that helped us put our lives back together. Bravo, and thanks again!

I've worked with a number of different attorneys over the years for a variety needs and Ms. Kuderer rates up there with the best of them. I was being laid off from my job and my employer wanted me to sign a separation agreement in exchange for a severance package. She reviewed the contract and found some subtle issues that would have worked out well for my former employer and not so well for me. She came up with some suggested changes and recommended the best strategy for how to present them to my former employer so that they would be accepted without pushback. I'll add that at times the situation was very time sensitive and when necessary she was able to work with me to turn things around unbelievably quickly in those instances. I would be more than confident in retaining her in her other areas of practice as well if the need ever arises.

It's Easter morning, not a cloud in the sky. I have decided that this was the perfect time to clean out the car. As I am happily vacuuming out my vehicle, I happen to hear a strange noise over the din of the shop vac. Then it hit me. Two little old ladies on their way home from church had a miscalculation that landed them in my driveway causing a three car pileup! My freshly vacuumed car was now totaled, my vintage van was messed up, and I fortunately was only beaten, but not totaled. Strange? Yes. Unusual? Definitely. But Patricia handled the whole situation with ease and helped me get a settlement that was worthy of the accident. Eventhough this was my first experience working with a lawyer, I was very pleased with the way she handled my case and really enjoyed working with her. I would recommend her highly!

Patricia was a God-send. When I thought there was no hope, a friend referred me to Patricia. She is honest and straight forward and keeps you informed about your case. She told me from the beginning my employment case would be a partnership and she would be in it for the duration, and she was. Patricia is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, detail oriented, and she will aggressively fight for you. She was easily accessible and made me feel like I was her only client. She knew my case inside and out and when my case began to require more hours than manageable, Patricia found another highly qualified attorney to join. After nearly two years, my case settled for almost 1 million dollars (which is unheard of in Eastern Washington). If you have been wronged by an employer, I highly recommend Patricia.
