When my husband hit really sick we went back do have a health directive, a community property agreement, a power of attorney for him and we created a living trust for our home. When my husband passed, I didn't have to go thru probate.

Soloman never clearly and honestly explained the legal proceedings to me. I felt that Mr. Kim intentionally left things vague to lengthen the already difficult process. Mr Kim never took initiative to help me prepare for any legal procedures. I was the only one that initiated preparation in anticipation of legal battles. I travelled a long way to meet with Mr. Kim because I thought he spoke Korean.
