Very difficult to get in contact with. Phone is rarely answered. Emails go either ignored or unread. More than once I had appointments and arrived at the office to be told the attorney would be busy and back in a mater of minutes and each time I waited for over 1.5 hrs before leaving and saying forget this. It was very unfortunate the way I was treated and advised there. I had hoped for much better considering Ms. Young was previously known to be a tenacious ball buster around this town. I hope and pray things somehow turn around for her office.
