Mr.Witt is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. He has represented me in a number of motions after my divorce and has always been straightforward with me. He also handles my high anxiety with a smile and patience, which helps me through the cases. Watching him in the court room is impressive. He knows the laws and presents them in a a manner that leaves little doubt that he is right. I am grateful that he is on my team!

Mr. Witt came into the courtroom unprepared and grossly miss represtented my finances. Then he actually yelled at me in the hallway outside the courtroom and accused me of lying to him while dropping F bombs. Do not hire him.

As a professional myself, I had high expectations of Mr. Witt. He strives to understand your personal situation and uniquely stands out with his straight forward, no nonsense approach. Morgan was top notch! He is loyal and compassionate and got results in my divorce. Through that very trying time in my life he helped me and I am thankful!

In my opinion... I had a Morgan Witt as an attorney. He failed to read my declarations and appeared to have adequate knowledge of my case during hearings. You can find better for cheaper. Keep looking

Morgan was on board because of child custody. With his help we prevailed. We now await appeals judgement. Spent tens of thousands of dollars with this attorney. He would not return phone calls. Would return emails. Made grandiose claims as to what he accomplished for us to justify the fee. Things went south when he hooked up with an attorney friend of his. He stopped responding to our requests and just said basically do what I say or I will withdraw as your attorney. I found his change of attitude strange. Family court is a bottomless pit of money sucking. The standards are very loosey goosey for judgements. I would recommend against this attorney, and perhaps any attorney for family court. Best adivice stay out of Family court if you can. If you can't many attorneys await your hard earned money.

We gave Mr. Witt a significant amount of money to start our case and explained to him that we would like to have these documents filed and the respondent served as soon as possible. He responded in three different emails and also during the consultation that the case would be filed in January. It has been six weeks and still nothing has been filed but he sure got his money. If he was unable to take the case, he should have said something.

Handled my divorce and later, my custody case. Great success with both! We conducted most of our business via email and he was very responsive. Excellent staff that kept me updated and moved my cases forward through multiple obstacles. Dad's have it tough sometimes in these kinds of cases, I'm 2 and 0 with Morgan.

He spent a lot of time listening to me, I didnt feel rushed. He was writing alot down. I didnt really know what that meant. He kept me well informed about the impending trial. When trial arrived he was such a professional, he was direct and seemed even respected by the other atty. Needless to say we won my case. I have recommended him again and again to friends. Not one complaint from them.

I was not kept informed of the progress in my case. Was hard to get phone calls returned. He asked what i wanted but did not follow through with those requests. Overall, I was able to accomplish more on my own which was less costly and more timely.
