I hired Tracy and her team to help with a custody situation. They were quick to act for me in a delicate situation involving my daughter's safety and the mental health issues of her mother. Filing quickly with the court to ensure the immediate safety of my daughter and worked closely with me to work through the process of obtaining a reasonable parenting plan while dealing with some very unreasonable people. Tracy took the time to listen to my situation, which was unusual to say the least, and came up with the best approach which produced a positive outcome for my daughter and myself. Throughout the process Tracy and team proved to be responsive, reliable, dedicated, straight forward, and effective. It was a pleasure to have them on my side. I'm grateful for all of their efforts and genuine concern about my situation and I write this review knowing that someone will read it in the future and Finnegan and Associates will provide them with the same support, compassion, and true grit that they did with me.

Pretty good so far

I highly recommend the team at Finnegan and Associates. They helped me through the most difficult time in my life. They made it easy to communicate my needs and wants to, and were realistic about all possible outcomes. I honestly couldn't have even dreamed of a better team on my side.

The only reason I gave 5 stars instead of 442267 is because it wouldnt let me pick that many. Tracy and her team are amazing they went above and beyond what any other lawyer would have done. When Tracy seen how important it was for me to be in my childs life more than every other weekend she made it a priority to make it that way. Tracy and the other ladies worked their butts off and got me around 46%. I talked to multiple attorneys they said every other weekend was what ill most likely end up with. Her and her team respond to messages in a timely fashion and kept me well informed on every aspect of my case. While explaining it in a way that I understood. I highly recommend Tracy and her team you will not regret it. I could write a 1000 pages on how much these ladies helped me.
