EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, answered ALL questions, fast response from entire team! Tracy and her team responded to my emails quickly, professionally, and completely. This was VERY important as I was working on this legal issue remotely from another state. Tracy and her team set me up to complete my legal endeavor with guidance along the way - asking questions and making suggestions. It involved real properties in more than one state as well as pensions. Thanks to Tracy and her team I was able to complete a Legal Separation and retain the property and pensions I'd worked so hard for. I hired Tracy and her team to help with a custody situation. They were quick to act for me in a delicate situation involving my daughter's safety and the mental health issues of her mother. Filing quickly with the court to ensure the immediate safety of my daughter and worked closely with me to work through the process of obtaining a reasonable parenting plan while dealing with some very unreasonable people. Tracy took the time to listen to my situation, which was unusual to say the least, and came up with the best approach which produced a positive outcome for my daughter and myself. Tracey is a very amazing lawyer! We have been working with her for years now. She remembers every detail of our case. She has been a beacon of hope during the darkest time in our families lives. My husbands two children with his ex girlfriend were being abused by herself (allegedly) and her husband (confirmed). We contacted the law firm Tracey was working with at that time and they took our case. They gave us hope and direction. My husband got full custody of his two children in 2015 and has continued as custodial parent to this day. It is very hard for a father to get and keep custody of his children since mothers are usually favored. Tracey made sure the children stayed safe and with us. We have been able to speak with Tracey about any guidance we may need in life as parents and in regards to court dealings. She really cares about our entire family and it shows in her work doing everything she can to protect our children.
