Rosanna Chung did a wonderful job putting together wills and health care directives for me and my spouse before we got married. Rosanna was incredibly detailed oriented, covering every important item and making sure we understood the process and the impact of our decisions. Rosanna was also efficient and completed the will/heath care directives fast and explained next steps in detail. In addition to the actual work Rosanna executed, she was a delightful person and provided timely responses to our inquiries and always had time to explain information to us in plain English so we’d understand (as we are not lawyers). Rosanna gets a 10 out of 10 for taking care of us and making sure we knew how both the will and heal care directive worked throughout the rest of our lives. I recommend that you hire Rosanna for any service that she provides as you’re going to get the best service and a lawyer who actually cares for her clients and goes the extra mile to make sure they are taken care of.

Did an excellent job of developing an estate plan and trust, including some complex and specific requirements, communicating completely and thoroughly with us. Missed one document that we had mentioned months before signing, and so will be going back for a second visit to complete that document. Would give a 4.8 score if I could.
