We were stressed and overwhelmed. This was the second time that this legal situation reared it’s ugly head. Our experience with the last law firm was less then ideal. Our experience with Curtis, Casteel & Palmer was amazing! Steven Palmer was an interesting dichotomy. One the one hand he was knowledgeable, concise and decisive. At the same time he listened to our concerns, was sensitive and showed us a wonderful sense of empathy. We got the impression that he really cared about helping us resolve our legal challenge. I am sure he was very busy. He kept us in the loop and dispatched the components of our case in record time (compared to our previous experience). The cost for these services were half the cost of the last law firm with the same results in half the time.
