Completely horrible experience and total lack of professionalism on this firms behalf. Complete disregard for the urgency of my case and I was put on the sidelines long enough to have my case buried and forgotten. After a conflict became an issue on the firms behalf, I was dropped as a client after paying over $3500 to just read what papers I had already filed. I advise anyone to rethink using this firm. No justification from the management or the lawyer assigned to my case.

I want to thank Steve for a wonderful job he did in my case I was loosing my house and was able to saved it and get up to date with my debt. Could not have done it with out him. One again Thank you.

I was not knowledgeable on the subject and he did everything possible to ensure I understood and helped shed light on the typical negative stigma relating to filing for bankruptcy. To start, Patricia and her team were amazing. Having to overcome several issues right from the beginning taking over after having 2 different attorneys involved, she picked up where they left off and took my case to trial, without missing a beat. My feelings was that being a male in the State of WA I had already felt that the courts favor more often than not in the direction of the female than male. Having a business, property and assets, made it feel like I had a target on my back when going to trial. Patricia and her team made me lose that negative feeling right from our first conversation. Called to ask a simple question. Shrugged me off with no answer and hung up.

The two lawyers I worked with Steven being the primary were very helpful. They answered all my questions and walked me through the process. They made it all less stressful.

Steven Palmer is an awesome attorney. I was close to being garnished and I did not have a lot of money he made payment arrangements and he filed the bankruptcy once I had most of the filing fee and his fees paid. I had my bank account froze and he was able to assist me with getting that squared away and I was able to access my funds within a few days of the account being frozen. He kept me calm and assured me that things would be okay and they were. He has the patience of a saint. I definitely recommend him. I have had other bankruptcies in the past and he is the best bankruptcy lawyer I have had.

How can I possibly convey how grateful I am to Patricia for her work on my behalf throughout a tough divorce process. She was not only talented, dedicated, and knowledgable, but she also treated me with compassion. I felt that she cared for me personally and was emotionally invested in helping me reach a fair resolution (which we did)! Compared to how this process has gone for others and the way they were treated (often poorly by their own lawyer) I couldn't recommend this firm enough.
