I had to close a business and negotiate out of my lease. Darcel helped every step of the way, even with some unforeseeable happenstances that arose from the landlord side. She was always available and quick to respond to questions. She was able to adapt and change strategy when the situation changed. She was knowledgeable throughout the process which created a lot of confidence and comfort. I couldn't have been more satisfied with an attorney in this role.

I hired Darcel Lobo to represent me in a case which, frankly, I didn't think I had a chance of winning. When I first met her, I'd been fighting a battle over it for 3 years and was at the end of my emotional rope. Darcel took a look at my files, the wheels turned a bit in her head, and she came up with an angle that I had never heard of. The person who was trying to sue me had never heard of it either. It took a bit of wranging over a couple of months but the end result was the threat of suit was dropped and I walked away from the case without paying a dime. Excellent Attorney! After being brushed off by a few different attorneys, I thought I had no chance to fight a lawsuit brought against me. Darcel took the time to carefully review the lawsuit and presented me with a plan of action. I had a home in foreclosure and was in debt.
