I've been working with Mr. Bennett since 2004 when his office used to be in downtown Seattle. I still remember Mr. Bennett telling me when I first met him, "if I don't believe that I can win your case, I won't take it." Mr. Bennett vacated two felonies and restored my gun rights. I owe this man one of my kidneys if necessary. It is because of my resiliency and his skills that has given me the opportunity to do ANYTHING I put my mind to worldwide. I am for real and this is not a delusion. If you can't pay what you weigh, Mr. Bennett is not the representative for you. One love to King Kurt Bennett, RT

Working with Darcel feels like working with a trusted partner. She and her team are responsive, knowledgeable about their areas of expertise and able to articulate details (in laymen’s terms) as well as the big picture plan for your desired outcome. For me she quickly delivered results. I highly recommend!

While in college in CA I took a plea deal in 2017 for an incident in WA that included 2 years on the SO Registry to "ensure I completed my counseling and polygraphs." After completing all steps required of me and getting my charge dismissed with prejudice, CA said that they could not honor my deal made in WA and that I had at least 10 more years on the SO registry. CA said I had to get WA to expunge the charge, and WA said my matter was settled and it was a CA problem. Attornies in CA and WA had all gotten me nowhere. At this point, I hired Mr. Bennett. It took a couple of months, but he got CA to change their stance and now I am successfully off the SO Registration and ready to begin my life again. I have since secured two job offers. Mr. Bennett changed my life and has given me a chance. On top of that, he waived some fees and was quite accommodating about finances. I highly recommend him for any post-conviction/ redemptive law matter.

Was referred to this place through a family member. Called them and made a phone appointment multiple weeks away from the initial phone call because that was the first opening they had. Waited til that day and never got a phone call so i called them 30 minutes after my appointment. They took my number down and said I'll get a call back. This is day 3 after and still no call. Thanks for waisting my time. I could have gotten this handled elsewhere a lot quicker. Just think of how reliable they will be when they can't even live up to an appointment or even call you back. Thanks for nothing. Zero stars if I could

Hired this firm to restore my gun rights in reference to a police report that I had been arrested in 1988 for domestic violence (verbal argument in WA). No court docs could be found but I needed it done to get a CCW. I am out of the state so I could not do this myself. Their billing was high and I expressed concern. $105 for the attorney to email me a status. Needless to say, I was glad they did not email often. I was told this case would cost 2 to 3 thousand dollars, maybe more. The attorney had to go to court twice because he worded the restoration of right in a way the judge did not like. They billed me over $1,500 for court appearances. The case cost me over $5,000 for a simple arrest needing to be vacated to restore my rights. The DA did not challenge it, thank heaven because this firm would have charged more. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP YOU!
Update, I gave him a copy of what my Sheriff department wanted done to restore my firearm rights. What he did was not accepted by the Sheriff's office therefore it was a waste of money. I admit that he said his plan usually works but, in my case I could have got this done correctly by another firm for $7,500. I'm out $5,000 and I'm not sure I can gather $7,500 to fix this so I will not be able to buy any firearms for a long time. Thank you so much Kurt Bennett!
