Horrible attorney. He has no ethical behavior. He was constantly chastised for submitting mounds of paperwork to Whatcom County Court after being told the required amount. He is untruthful. He attempted to tell the Court that my grandchildren were afraid of their father as he was questioning the Guardian Ad Litem in Court. The Guardian Ad Litem emphatically told him that the children were not afraid of their father. It should be noted that the Guardian Ad Litem was an attorney as well. His law office was found guilty of embezzling thousands of dollars from an elderly client. How he became a Superior Court Judge is beyond me.

I wish I could give negative 5 stars! Charged me 300.00 dollars for a less then 5 minute phone call to tell me nothing but bad news. They knew I was being evicted this week, then made me feel like it would be worth my time and money to set up this appointment. Knowing the whole time that they didn't plan on representing me. I can't believe that there are people out there who like to kick you when you are down. Very unbelievable!!

Refused to help me with a legal matter that resulted in me being bullied and badgered by another attorney and I lost my daughter due to them not wanting to help or give legal advice 😠😠😠😢😢😢😠😠😠

Attorney Skinner is a man, I will remember rest of my life. When I needed of help, Chris reached out, and took his time to make sure I was taken care. In 58 years of my life, only few that I can worth remember, Attorney Chris Skinner is one. It's nice to know that people like Chris is still around to make this world better place. Thank-You!
