I would be serving jail time for a DOL mistake on my driving record if Bret Woody had not been representing me. He is ethical, understanding, truly cares about his clients and will not let up until he’s satisfied with the outcome. I had just about given up and agreed to accept a charge that would have come with probation violations including 60days of jail time, but Bret Woody took the time to look over my driving record and partnered with the DOL to correct my driving record! The charge was dropped to a civil infraction which was the true charge I should have received in the first place! Super grateful I found and retained him. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Brett was extremely personable and helpful in initiating my case. I was between deferring my ticket, paying it, or hiring an attorney. I was introduced to Brett by my boyfriend, when I received a traffic ticket. I immediately reached out to Brett and got a very quick response. I let him know what the situation was so that he was able to get some background and information on the ticket. Brett assured me that he would get it taken care of! After scheduling the court date, I heard back from him and he was able to get it dropped, which of course was super helpful (since I didn't want a speeding ticket on my record). Even though he's in Olympia, he has always been willing to come to Seattle to go to court for me. Brett has been nothing but amazing to work with and he's always my go to lawyer. Since my first time reaching out to him, he's taken care of a couple other tickets for me, each time having a great outcome. I would definitely recommend using Brett to anyone who needs a lawyer, not just for speeding tickets!
