I don’t even have the words… literally zero heart or empathy. This individual was cold and callus from the moment I started speaking to him. He acted burdened by the phone call and even abruptly said “can I call you back” and hung up to do something else when I was attempting to share my situation and seek out the best advice and representation with the intent to hire him on behalf of a loved one. I had to be the one to reach out again and despite the fact that I have the means and intent to hire him he acted as if I was wasting his time and ended up telling me he can’t “represent us” because I started asking very reasonable questions of potential outcomes and what the $6500 quote to represent the case would entail. Luckily. I’ve found another attorney fairly quickly after who actually had a SOUL and true passion for helping those in need. This guy acted like he was some hotshot Hollywood lawyer who was unable to process emotions and too good for the case. Just, avoid at literally all cost.

First of all, I would like to personally thank: Linda, Toni, and Chris. This group of people are an absolute powerhouse when it comes to navigating the Judicial System. Let's preface my experience with the fact that I am (by nature) very neurotic. Out the gate, Chris gave me the '411' on the steps I will take along the way in a general outline... places I will need to reach out to for evalutations, courses for education, and reputable businesses for going forward with making sure I get my life back. Let's not forget the fact that we ALL make mistakes, and there is a safe way back to your life. It WILL be expensive to do everything along the way, but trust me Callahan will help take all your stress away... Until you get each letter in the mail about your case (back to neurotic mode). Then you reach out to Chris or Toni and they will give you the real answers, deciphering the government codex. I would recommend retaining this firm if you prefer an experienced group of professionals who will answer your questions (I had about 50+ of them all along the way) on a daily basis with absolutely zero bias, and give you the real deal answers.
