I called because it showed he is accepting new clients and I know I have a case against a company whose contractors damaged my home, however he recommended I find an attorney in Tacoma, because he works out of Olympia…. Too far from Tacoma? And he did not have any recommendations to provide. I guess he’s looking for more than a measly $20K case…

Joe is an exceptional person and attorney. When I came to him and his team with my residential construction defect/warranty issue. He and his team were welcoming, great listeners and extremely knowledgeable. Over the course of a couple months he was able to provide me legal advice, guidance on the residential construction industry, and was able to connect me with great independent construction expertise. Using the information he was able to provide and his advice, I was able to make a well informed decision regarding whether to pursue further legal action against my builder. Throughout the process I was treated fairly, he and the experts he worked with were very forthcoming with information and made sure I understood the information I was given. I would highly recommend him for any residential construction issue.
