I know people write reviews out of anger, although I am frustrated, I urge you to do your research to find a better lawyer, one with more knowledge, integrity and compassion. I’ve spent over 10k with no resolution. As a single mother, educator who has never needed a lawyer, this experience has been traumatic. Brandon is absolutely terrible at communicating and lacks patience. I’ve experienced short tempered and border line aggressive emails from him whenever I questioned what exactly it was he was doing for me besides taking my money. He’s only in it for money and not to actually help. He dropped me because I asked to wait two months to proceeed with my case. I have nothing to show from all of this, and it is truly sad. My next lawyer will be researched and recommended. I hired him when my child was one, my child is now three and I still have to find a new lawyer to get my order finalized. His assistant basically does everything and he won’t remember any of the details in your case. Use him at your own risk! But you have been warned!

First off, Morris-Sockle promote themselves as Divorce Lawyers for Men. I went for an update to my child support. My ex made over 2 times more than I did, over $12k a month. Mr. Koenig did the paperwork and suggested I take $338/ month and voluntarily give up the $1200/month by allowing a Residential Credit. He did the paperwork saying I should not take $1529. He is my lawyer and they advertise as Divorce Lawyers for Men and then they try to tell me she should get the Residential Credit even though custody is 50/50. I fired him and won $1700/month. Now, almost two years and having settled all debt owed to them after firing him, I get a bill for $1700. After almost 2 years! Stay away! Stay far away if you are a man and Morris-Sockle.

I hired Brandon for limited legal when I felt like I was drowning in my pro se case and he not only helped me navigate the waters but was super honest and helpful when it came to what I needed to do for my next steps and prepared me for what was to come. With his advice my judge actually said I had one of the more well organized trial binders she has seen and he helped me navigate what should and should not go into it. I think he is is doing pretty good with my help to i would like him to take control of this divorce and stick it to my soon to be ex and put this to bed im sinking fast paying her way to much go get her! And i thank all of you very much

I hired Brandon having only few days to respond to a case involving an a restraining order and modification. He worked over the weekend making sure that we get everything filed on time. Brandon caught errors in the paperwork filed by the opposing party who was making false claims in order to gain custody of our child. He was knowledable of the law and knew exactly how to approach the case. The case was dismissed on my behalf. Brandon responded in a very timely manner to calls and emails and was always friendly.
