Mr. Dille was marginally pleasant. Never felt as though he was after our best interest. A letter he sent out had misspelling indicating that my eighty year old mother was eight. The second time we sat down with Mr. Dille it was like we were starting all over again. It appeared to us he didn't remember what had been set up in the beginning. I would have thought that he would have reviewed the case before he met with us. Mr. Dille neglected to respond to our e-mail as well as the two phone message we left for him. At that point we terminated him.

Very knowledgeable. Followed up with me by email and mail to ensure I had the proper documentation for the Trust I was to handle as executor. Made the entire process much easier while dealing with the loss of a loved one since I had never been involved with a Trust.
