Forrest helped me unwind a long unhappy marriage. I had an unfortunate instance with another attorney who seemed offended by my desire to divorce. Forrest kept it professional. He has good instincts and he has been around the block a time or two. This was someone I could work with to accomplish my goals. With patience and strategic thinking, Forrest helped me to get to the best outcome.

My experience is he does not respond. He ignored my communications. He didn't act on my instructions.

After my first attorney pushed me to file an ill advised motion that he lost, I was so lucky to find Mr Wagner through a friend’s referral. Mr Wagner was patient with my many detailed questions, was prompt to respond to my Emails, and advised me as to how to avoid prolonging the divorce process. He composed compelling letters to opposing counsel. He works alone with just one paralegal who is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Mr. Wagner would often reply same day to my weekend inquiries and even converse with me via Zoom or WhatsApp while he was on vacation! I can’t say enough good things about him.

Forrest and his assistant are amazing! They were very patient for me even though my first language is not English, they listened to me well, answered a lot of my questions and explained everything very well. I couldn't done anything to go through divorce process without their help. I really appreciate both of them for taking care of my case and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a great attorney!

He never responded to me in a timely manner. Truly awful. He wrote court documents on wide rule paper. He dresses like Reba McEntire dressed as the kfc colonel.

Well, after having to fire my first lawyer in my divorce case Forrest was a breath of fresh air. He was easy to talk with and he gets the job done. He also has a top notch assistant too and that also make the whole experience a little better. Divorces are a horrible thing to go through. It was very helpful to have Forrest on my side smoothing the waters as much as he could. My only complaint was the cost but I'm sure there is no such thing as a discount lawyer and as most things go, you get what you pay for.

Forrest works harder than almost anyone else I’ve ever met. He always made me feel like my case was his highest priority, and showed me that just because the opposing counsel was busy mud-slinging and being downright nasty, he could persevere by acting with integrity - and he did! Don’t get me wrong, Forrest is a lion when you need him to be, but i was continually impressed by commitment to honesty, respect and professionalism. Forrest guided me through the most stressful and difficult two years of my life, and because of him every single thing that mattered to me went in our favor. I could not imagine putting such important matters in anyone else’s hands. Forrest helped me navigate a divorce, which even though relatively amicable and uncontested, is a *huge* and lengthy bureaucratic process which could have gone sideways several times. He presented himself very forthrightly, asked very thoughtful and cogent questions, and made very sure I was both hearing and understanding his answers and the information I needed as we moved through the process, from hiring/retaining his practice, through initial response to the petition for dissolution, and all the way through finalizing negotiated agreements and asset divisions. He and his paralegal were as responsive as the situation allowed, and if I needed urgent information or to be talked down from a stressful point in the negotiations, they were extremely responsive. Let's face it, few of us are seasoned professionals when it comes to dissolving a long-term relationship as cleanly as possible. Forrest understands that, and he is more than able and willing to continue discussion until the client is satisfied and agreed to a next course of action. When you get down to it, that's really about all you can realistically hope for in such an unfamiliar situation. From an administrative point of view, I was very pleased with the accounting and consistency of how my retainer was charged and for what, and I feel that I absolutely got my money's worth throughout the process. Take the time, listen to him, and make your decisions. He supports you and will make sure you see things clearly, even when you don't necessarily want to participate. While I hope I won't need Forrest's services again, I highly recommend him and will retain his contact information should I need a lawyer in the Great NorthWet again.

Forrest has been an incredible asset during a seemingly unending and wholly unpleasant divorce and custody battle. His knowledge of the law and how the system works is unparalleled.
