I was at a low point in my financial life when I contacted Morgan Ziegler. He and his staff immediately put me at ease, explained my options and helped me through what seemed to be an overwhelming amount of paperwork needed to file my Chapter 13. He walked me through everything that was going to happen so there were never any surprises. His paralegal would contact me and say "You're going to get this notice from the court; here is what it means." His calm manner and competence helped me through this bankruptcy and while I hope I never have need of his services again, I would recommend him to anyone facing financial issues.

I used the offices of Morgan Ziegler for a painful chapter 13 BK and I couldn't be more satisfied with their help through a horrible life event. My case just finished up and everyone in their offices, especially Mike Coday were unbelievable. Never once did I feel like I was being talked down too, they explained every process to me and anytime I asked questions, most through email, I would always get a response in less than 24 hours. Towards the end of my case I needed some extra help and Morgan called me personally to discuss my options and ended up giving me great advice that I hadn't even thought of. I would recommend this firm to anyone I know and have already done so once and they are just as happy. While I no longer live in close proximity to their offices, I would not hesitate to use their firm again if needed!
