I have never used a lawyer before, so for my first legal experience Korey and Paul blew this one out of the park for me. Korey Thombly my paralegal who helped me through every step of the process, told me what would happen next and kept me in the loop the whole time so it made this experience much less stressful. She was always available, when I needed to ask a question. On court day, Paul Posadas was cool, professional, knowledgable and focused on all the facts instead of bulldozing the opposing party. In the end we won big and it is all thanks to my dedicated team helping me through it all! I honestly do not know where I would be without Korey or Paul, they truly are the most amazing people ever, and work so hard for you!

Paul represented my ex. He made a written offer to me stating if I agreed to my ex’s demands that he would file quickly for divorce. He signed the statement, but he then filed only for seaparation AFTER I agreed to the demands. He negotiated in bad faith and is not trustworthy. I have the documents to prove this. Only after his dishonesty was exposed, he changed the filing to divorce. He never apologized.

This has been the longest and most exhausting period of my life. There was so much uncertainty and chaos caused by the opposing party, I spent many anxious nights awake wondering what fresh hell would come next. Thankfully, I knew that Paul and Kaylene had my back. I knew that Paul would keep the long term goals in mind and drive our case forward. My name is not "WillBuzz". This is my pre-teen's logo. I am a grown up. :) I sought Morris-Sockle Family Law Attorneys to help navigate my divorce/parenting plan settlement. I was involved in a contentious divorce/custody case. (All is well now thanks to Morris-Sockle). My lawyer, Katrina Otto is professional, knowledgeable, responsible, efficient, sharp and friendly. My paralegal, Kaylene Taylor, is quick to respond, efficient, organized and friendly. Those two are a solid team working together. They met deadlines with the court and I NEVER worried that something would be missed. This was a stressful time in my life, as one could imagine and Katrina Otto and Kaylene Taylor made all run smoothly within legal matters. They are both punctual, which I hold of value. The first time I witnessed Katrina Otto in court (when court met in person!) I was impressed with her verbal articulation and thorough thought process for my case. Nothing slipped past her. When I was looking for an attorney last minute to help me with my custody case Brandon and Hannah were right there with me for every step of the way. They answered every question I needed. They explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and helped with every step. They made it so much easier and less stressful for me because I was a month away from having another baby. Morris-Sockle was the fifth attorney (firm) I contacted when surprised by a potential divorce so I was definitely doing scrupulous research. In fact, I had already potentially retained an attorney but had an uneasy feeling as they seemed to be asking me the wrong questions. I was extremely lucky to have been put into contact with Paul Posadas, one of Morris-Sockle’s best attorneys. I was even luckier to have his paralegal, Hannah Corcoran, assigned to my case. After my initial interview, where all of the correct questions were asked and the focus seemed perfect, I felt I was going to be represented by the best and I retained Paul and Hannah for my case. I am so very happy that I did so. Paul is an amazing attorney. His best asset is his ability to remain calm and project a positive demeanor in a situation that would be daunting to others. This may seem that he isn’t “fighting” for you, but that is far from the truth. Instead of becoming hot-headed (as I witnessed other attorneys do) he presents facts and truth in a manner that impresses those in positions that make decisions regarding your case. It matters. And he does it well. The best part of my experience was Hannah. She was the voice of reason for so many instances where I felt I was being wronged and wanted to lash out at my ex-spouse, or complain, or for some idiotic reason, make things harder for myself. Hannah will provide you the perfect guidance and is very capable at explaining the situations that you may be experiencing in your case. She will listen to you, sympathize with you, and help you when you need it. Hannah should be your main focus with any and all matters dealing with your case. I have read some reviews that speak about cost. If you choose to contact Paul, a very busy attorney who is well worth the money, for every single question or comment you may have then you will run up some charges. If you choose to contact Hannah, a highly professional paralegal, then you will save yourself a lot. Never once did I attempt to contact her that I was not either speaking with her immediately or getting an answer to an email within a short amount of time. So, let Paul do his job and let Hannah do hers. I am extremely grateful for the experience I had with Paul, Hannah, and Morris-Sockle in general. I felt I was lucky to have found them and been put into the situation I had with Paul and Hannah. As I'm sure you know, it is a very difficult time to try and get through. I couldn't be happier and more satisfied with the service and professionalism that I received from Brandon Koenig, Nancy Hull, and Emily Wolf. As a father, I am going through an extremely difficult separation that Katrina and Korey from Morris-Sockle are helping me with. This separation has been the most challenging experience of my life, and if not for their help I could not imagine making it through the process. They are responsive and detail oriented. They provide me support and confidence when I am struggling, and most importantly they get results. They have my utmost confidence and trust, and they continue to show a level of professionalism and work ethic that is just difficult to find these days. These are the people you want representing you. I can't imagine using anyone else. Hopefully, I will never need their services again, but if I do; I know they will be there to represent me.

Would like it better of it was my attorney . I have no attorney this is my son's Father's attorney. She is not one I think should represent our superior court. Used her knowledge to confuse and acted like a bully. I thought as an attorney you were supposed to REPRESENT THE COURT. I would recommend a different office.
