Ryan Jacobsen is not only licensed in WA state, but CA as well, which helped the probate issues I had for multiple properties. Ryan is very honest, will tell you the law, while giving his client(s) the best advice /award possible. There's no other attorney I'd rather work with, and as long as his services are available, Mr. Jacobsen is my most trusted advisor, and the only person I will work with for my probate, property, and personal attorney. I own a property management company, and I met Ryan as a tenant I had rented to. Once I realized he was an attorney, I began asking him legal questions about a situation I was currently in involving landlord tenant law. Ryan was kind enough to give me advice and offered his services at an affordable price. If he didn't know the answer to a problem, he quickly researched it and got back to me promptly. In the end, we won our case and I was relieved of the financial hardship it would have caused had I lost.

My last attorney did not communicate with me unless he was sending a bill. Ryan was completely different. Ryan helped me through a very tense & stressful situation of evicting a tenant and collecting back rent. I hired Mr Jacobsen for a contract review before joining a medical practice. He provided a thorough review and discussed key points (including what my needs and wants were in relation to the contract) that I needed to bring back to my future employer for addressing.
